The project tree app displays a project tree with every accountant who has projects. This app will help you if you want to see how many projects an accountant has, how manysubprojects and Project resources. It also is a great help to quickly find a specific project.


How to use the Project tree

At first you have to choose which projects the app should display. In this case go to the menu Projects and select the disired view of projects. Click on Refresh and the module will load the chosen type of projects. If you want to see the projects underneath an accountant, click on the little arrow to open the tree structure. Now you can see the project tree is built in levels. First is the accountant level, then the projects, underneath them are the subprojects and last are the resources. This allows you to see at one glance how the projects structure is build.

Search for Projects

In this app, there is the option to search projects. To do this, enter the name of the desired project in the search window (right side). Now all accountants are displayed under which a project with the appropriate name is found.

Start/End date

The rows start/ end date show the start and end of projects and project resources.

Full Screen Mode and New Tab

To activate the full screen mode click the icon Full Screen with the arrows outward. It is located in close proximity to the help button. Right beside it there is another Symbol with a diagonal arrow. This Icon will open the Project Tree in a new Tab.

Be Careful: When you open the app in a new tab, it loads a blank Module, without the selected data. For the full screen mode, this isn't the case
