This Module will support you to create, assign and manage projects and employees. It is seamless integrated in CRM and will help you organize all your projects, employees and activities.
With our seamless integration of all proRM modules in CRM, you can access personal search views that you have created. This is especially useful when searching for a specific project. See more information under "CRM" in our wiki.
In this example you see the projec "Delta Project". The employee "Arin, Özgür" is assigned to this project and has to activities "Project Gantt" and "Project Planning".
In this view you can see all projects sub projects and details of one customer. You also can see the details to your customer and assigned activities to the project. in the project management view you have additionally a Gantt view to show the timing of each project.
To create a project in the Project Cockpit Module you have to go to "Projects & Resources" and got to "Project Cockpit". Choose a customer. To create a new project go to "Projects" an choose "New". Now in the bottom right corner you can insert all required data. Now the project is saved an you can assign employees and activities to your project.
If you want to assign a project/employee or activity click on the item, hold the MouseKey down and drag it to the project or employee you want to assign it to.
In the Project Cockpit you can simply change the account without closing the window. Just go to the top right corner and choose “Account” in the pick list. Now you can select another account.
To activate the full screen mode click the icon Full Screen with the arrows outward. It is located in close proximity to the help button. Right beside it there is another Symbol with a diagonal arrow. This Icon will open the Project Cockpit in a new Tab.
Be Careful: When you open the app in a new tab, it loads a blank Module, without the projects that you selected earlier. For the full screen mode, this isn't the case
