- New Feature: Rate Table:

In the Rate Table it is possible to store Rates for specific Customers or Resource Types for the billing process. The Resource Type can be now also stored in the Project Resource so you have the possibility for an individual setting of the resources

CRM Customizations

- Implemented Customer Contact Lookup as Filtered Lookup in Project

- Updates on forms and Navigation for an easier usability

- Reimplementation of Read only Booking form in combination with the different states of Bookings (It was possible to edit already approved Bookings in form)

*NEW* Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant is a complete new Application and the first one which is developed in HTML 5. The Main functionality of this App is to create a Project structure direct out of an Opportunities, Order or Quote using added Products.

The Application is shown in the proRM form of Opportunity, Order and Quote. You can add Products to your record and specific the details like Names, Unit, Price per Unit and additional link these to proRM Entities like Resource, Resource Team and Skills etc.

Afterwards you are able to create a project structure direct out of the created product structure including subprojects, project resources and line items.

Tracking

- Added overbookable Check for Project Resources on Booking Creation and Update. Additional it is now possible to set a Project Resource as overbookable or not in CRM Form. If the Project Resource is not overbookable the maximum amount of hours this resource can book is limited to the Estimated Effort

- Handling for two project resources with the same resource (if date period is not overlapping)

- Comment Field in Period Close is required now for better filtering

- The Booking states in booking form are now ordered by Name – starting with A

- Fast Tracking: Extended Search functionality for Project Number. As it is in Tracking Application you can now also search for a project by project number; Issue solved that Project Resources without any End date are not displayed

Controlling & Planning

Rework of both Applications including the possibility to search for Accounts and specific Projects. You have also the possibility to plan or control with your Salesorder Budget which is added as new Section in the Application. Additional the KPI model is now homogen and easier to understand. The Application is saving now the selected areas like “Total”, “Project Level” or “Sales Order” for every user.

Approval Manager

- The shown Project Structure will be created new instead updated (e.g. Saving, Approving) on an update because building a new tree brings better performance

- Application is prefilling now the date filters with the previous month on load

- It is now possible to unassign Expenses via Button, not only with drag&drop

Invoicing Manager

- Implemented a new Cancelation Process for Bookings: with the new Booking State “Credit Note” the bookings to cancel are getting not only copied but also credited in the System

- The shown Project Structure will be created new instead updated (e.g. saving, create a new Line Item) on an update because building a new tree brings better performance

- Added VAT Amount as Column in the left Area of Invoicing

- Added information like Start and End time in columns for Bookings and Expenses

- It is now possible to select an Account or a Project for loading data

- Improved Sorting and Performance for Mass data

- Line Items are now filtered by the Booking date. Also the Invoice date of a line item will be set automatically if it gets invoiced – if a line item doesn’t have a Booking date it is always shown

- Change behavior of rounding to prevent difference in cent values

Project Gantt

- Added Project Number field to the shown Overview of loaded Projects

- The Time Unit was made editable in “Project Information” Area

- Estimated Effort is now saved in new created templates

- Extended template import function also for projects, not only for Accounts

- Implemented Multilookup for Project and Account Entity

- Create Button now has a menu to select the related Project category

Resource Planning

- Bugfix: Project filter functionality was not applied correctly on first selection

Workload

- Bugfix: Detailed Table View was not calculated based on the selected Time Unit

Mobile Client

The Mobile Client has received a little rework regarding usability. The Layout and ordering on the different Forms like for Booking or Expense creation was changed and is now fitting better to Smartphones.

For a better Overview the several days with bookings on it are now collapse and expandable. Additional we had Bugfixes like in Scaling, prefilling and loading issue to improve the stability of the Client.

New Features like the already mentioned Overbookable check for Project Resources or closing Periods were also implemented to the Mobile Client, with this measures we hope to raise the Mobile Client to same level as the Tracing Applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
